ACCOUNTABILITY

Every euro, every filing, published monthly.

EqualFaith Europe publishes what it receives, what it spends, and what it produces, every month, without exception. This page is the primary record for funders, partners, and the public — updated as things happen, not once a year.

The work so far

21 Jan 2026Start date

EqualFaith Europe began as one person’s research on 21 January 2026. The first months were spent entirely on research and drafting — reading the underlying regulations closely, building the legal arguments, and writing the briefings that now sit in Publications. The first formal submissions followed from July 2026 onward, each dated on the document itself.

~400 hrsTime invested

Just under 400 hours of work have gone into EqualFaith Europe since it began — research, legal drafting, formal filings, and the infrastructure (including this website) needed to operate transparently. That figure will be updated as the work continues.

€0Drawn by founder

All of it has been unpaid and self-funded by the founder, alongside separate work. No compensation has been drawn, and none will be until Phase 2 funding is secured and the board formally approves it — see Support Us for how that’s structured.

€1,248Real costs to date

Two real costs have been incurred so far, both covered personally by the founder rather than from donations:

Item Amount Funded by
Website build €1,200
Domain registration & professional email €48

Neither cost has been drawn from Phase 1 funds or donations — both were paid directly by the founder. This is separate from the compensation line above, which covers salary/hours; this covers actual out-of-pocket spend.

Board

Governance

Board decisions on governance, finance, and policy, published in full. Litigation strategy and any decisions referencing individual case reports are published as summaries or redacted, to preserve legal privilege and the privacy of individuals involved. Board composition and changes, and — once granted — the statutory disclosures ANBI status requires.

LEGAL STATUS

Registration

EqualFaith Europe is in the process of establishing a Dutch stichting (foundation) — no incorporation paperwork has been submitted to a notary or the KvK yet. ANBI (public benefit organization) status will be applied for once incorporation is complete. Once both are granted, the RSIN / fiscal number, statutory registered address, and board remuneration policy will be published here in full, as required. Until then, this page reflects the organization’s actual status: in preparation, not yet incorporated.

Every submission referenced above is available for review on request. Questions about any line item?
